Who We Are

MANJAZ is a Dubai-based bilingual service provider that helps individuals and companies with five defined services: legal translation, certificate attestation, rental dispute support, publication notices, and corporate services.

We work in Arabic and English, side by side, because most of what passes through our hands has to satisfy both a UAE authority and a party who reads only one of the two languages — a court, a notary, a ministry, an employer, a landlord, a foreign company or a family member abroad. Being genuinely bilingual is not a marketing line here; it is the daily condition of the work, from the wording of a translated clause to the way we explain a procedure back to you.

It is just as important to say what MANJAZ is not. We are not a government body, not a court, and not a law firm. We do not issue rulings, decide eligibility, approve licences, authorise service by publication, or grant attestation ourselves — those decisions belong to the competent authority in every case, whether that is a ministry, a court, a licensing department or an embassy. What we do sits entirely on the preparation and coordination side: we review your situation, prepare and organise the documents involved, translate what needs translating, coordinate attestation and procedural steps with the relevant office, and follow the matter through.

That distinction also means we do not give legal advice and we do not promise a particular outcome. General information, an official requirement set by an authority, and MANJAZ's own working process are three different things, and we try to keep them clearly apart throughout this page and every page on this site — rather than letting one borrow the weight of another.

We are based in Dubai and work primarily with matters that touch this Emirate and the wider UAE — a document destined for a Dubai notary, a case before the Dubai courts, a licence issued by a Dubai authority, a certificate that has to be attested here before it travels abroad. Individuals and companies reach us directly, and each matter is handled on its own terms, with the specific authority, deadline and document in front of us rather than a one-size template.

What experience means here

Experience & Track Record

Our team brings more than 18 years of professional experience across document, translation, business and procedural services. That experience was built person by person, handling real cases — legal and certified translations, certificate attestation files, rental-dispute paperwork, publication notices, and corporate filings — long before it was gathered under the MANJAZ name.

That experience shows up in the volume of work completed to date: more than 2,500 documents translated and more than 1,000 certificates attested, alongside rental-dispute filings, publication notices and corporate paperwork handled for clients across Dubai. We mention these as a record of work done — not as a description of how long MANJAZ itself has existed, and not as a promise about what your own matter will involve.

What that track record gives you, practically, is familiarity: with how a UAE court file is usually structured, with the documents an attestation chain typically asks for, with the paperwork a rental-dispute filing needs, with the wording a publication notice must carry, and with the sequence a company formation or licence amendment usually follows. Familiarity narrows surprises — it does not remove the authority's discretion, and every matter is still confirmed against that authority's current requirements rather than assumed from a past case.

This is also why our team draws on people who have worked directly with legal and certified translation, with attestation files, and with corporate and procedural paperwork before joining MANJAZ — the experience behind the name is real, individual, and accumulated case by case, not a figure invented for a webpage.

Who We Help

  • Individuals who need a personal document — a certificate, a contract, a power of attorney — translated and certified for an official purpose.
  • Professionals applying to a UAE authority, employer or institution that asks for attested certificates or degrees.
  • Entrepreneurs forming a new mainland or free-zone company, from the first activity choice through to the licence.
  • Established companies handling a licence amendment, a corporate document update, or a government transaction alongside their core business.
  • Property owners and landlords who need to prepare a rental-dispute file or understand a notice served in their name.
  • Tenants who need to understand a dispute filed against them, or to prepare a filing of their own.
  • Investors comparing mainland and free-zone structures before they commit to registering a business.
  • Individuals or companies named in a case where the court has ordered notice by publication, and who need the notice prepared, translated or placed.
  • Families and individuals abroad who need a UAE-issued or foreign document translated and attested before it is used for relocation, marriage, education or another official purpose.

How We Work

  1. Understand

We start by listening — your situation, your timeframe, and the authority or party the document or matter needs to satisfy — before we suggest anything.

  2. Review

We review the documents or case details you already have, checking them against what the receiving authority is likely to expect, and flag any gap early.

  3. Prepare

We prepare, translate or draft the paperwork needed, keeping names, dates, case numbers and terminology consistent across every document in the file.

  4. Coordinate

Where our service covers that step, we coordinate with the relevant office, court section, newspaper or authority on your behalf, and keep you informed as it moves.

  5. Complete

We see our part of the matter through to completion — while the decision, approval or ruling itself always remains with the competent authority, not with MANJAZ.

Our Approach

Accuracy
Names, dates, figures and legal terms are checked against the source document, not assumed — because a small mismatch can cost you a rejected filing later.
Clear communication
We explain what a step involves and why it is needed, in plain language, instead of leaving you to decode official terminology on your own.
Practical guidance
What we offer is general information and process guidance based on our experience — never legal advice, and never a promise of a particular result.
Document-first process
Every recommendation is anchored in the actual paper in front of us — the document, the case file, the licence — rather than a generic template.
Dubai and UAE focus
Our familiarity is with how documents, courts, licensing and attestation actually work in Dubai and the wider UAE — not a generic international process borrowed from elsewhere and applied here without adjustment.
Arabic and English, always
Every document, explanation and follow-up is available in both languages, so nothing gets lost between what was agreed and what was written.
Privacy and professional handling
Your documents often carry sensitive personal, financial or corporate information, and we handle them with the confidentiality that deserves.
No unnecessary complexity
We prepare what the matter actually requires — not an inflated list of extra steps or documents you do not need.

Why MANJAZ

Multi-service expertise, under one roof
Many real situations touch more than one of our five services at once — a company formation that also needs an attested foreign document, or a rental dispute that needs a translated tenancy contract. Knowing all five areas lets us see the whole picture instead of one isolated piece of it, and to flag a related need before it becomes a delay.
Practical experience, not theory
The professional experience our team carries — across documents, translation, business and procedural services — shapes how we assess a new matter and where the real risk in it usually sits, before a single document is drafted.
Document-focused, from the first meeting
We work from the actual document or file in front of us rather than a generic checklist, which is what lets us catch a mismatch or a missing attestation before it reaches the authority.
A clear, explained process
You are told what is happening at each step and why, so a formal procedure does not feel opaque — even where the pace or outcome depends entirely on the authority involved.
Genuinely bilingual, not translated after the fact
Arabic and English are both working languages here from the start, not an English page translated afterward for form's sake — so a document, an explanation or a follow-up message reads naturally in either language, not like a copy of the other.
Connected services, when a matter needs them
A legal translation often precedes an attestation; a rental dispute often needs a translated tenancy document; a corporate file often needs both translation and attestation together. We recognise these overlaps early instead of treating each service in isolation.
Answers you can act on
When a requirement is genuinely unclear or depends on the authority's discretion, we say so directly rather than guessing — so the next step you take is based on what is actually known, not on an assumption dressed up as certainty.

Our Standards

  • Accuracy first: names, dates, terms and figures checked against the source before anything is finalised.
  • Transparency about what a service includes, what it does not include, and where our role ends.
  • Confidential handling of every document, whether it carries personal, financial or corporate information, shared only with the parties your matter actually requires.
  • Clear communication in Arabic and English, without unexplained jargon or assumed knowledge.
  • Requirements checked against the relevant official source for your specific matter, rather than assumed from a past case.
  • No exaggerated promises: we do not guarantee approval, acceptance or a particular outcome in any matter we support.
  • Roles kept distinct: we are always clear about what MANJAZ has done and what remains the decision of a court, a ministry or a licensing authority.
